Our Processes
Plant Curation
The curated plant board serves as a visual guide and source of inspiration for your garden. It functions as a mood board, featuring a curated selection of specified plants, complete with images and size descriptions for each species according to their designated areas within the landscape.
Concept Design
We begin the design journey with an initial Discovery Meeting to explore your project vision and walk you through our services. This will ensure the best possible outcome tailored to your needs.
The PW team will then produce a conceptual landscape design that responds to the site conditions, design brief and client preferences. This includes schematic drawings, an initial material and finishes palette, and a plant palette.
Detailed Design
Following concept and the finalisation of any amendments to the design, the team will produce a set of detailed design plans suitable for tender issue. These include detailed hard and softscape finishes, grading, drainage, details and specifications.
Contract Administration
We offer Contract Administration on as as-needs basis to oversee the landscape construction of your project. This service typically includes site meetings and consultation with a senior design team member during key stages of the construction process, to ensure the landscape is built according to the specified documentation.
Plant Procurement
Our Horticulture Team will source, contract grow and procure trees and plants as per your plant schedule or palette. We work directly with our preferred local growers to ensure quality stock is grown to the specifications required. Our team will arrange delivery to site, and set out all species ready for installation to ensure the design is installed as intended.
Seasonal Horticulture Consultation
Our Horticulture consultants will provide a site-specific seasonal maintenance plan for you to follow or provide to a garden maintenance contractor.
