One of the best parts of growing as a studio is seeing our people grow with us. We’re so excited to share two well deserved promotions within the Phillip Withers team.

Abby has been promoted to Associate, recognising her thoughtful design approach, creative leadership and the enormous contribution she’s made to the studio over the years. She has become a trusted leader for both our team and our clients, and is excited to continue growing our commercial portfolio, while taking on new challenges including an exciting wellness project on the Surf Coast.

Tess has been promoted to Senior Horticulturalist, recognising her deep plant knowledge, passion for horticulture and commitment to creating gardens that continue to thrive and evolve over time. In her new role, Tess is looking forward to tightening our horticultural processes and continuing to design gardens with longevity in mind, including through our new Design-Led maintenance service.

These promotions recognise not only Abby and Tess’s expertise, but the care, collaboration and enthusiasm they bring to the studio every day.
