Design Consultation
Phillip Withers is offering landscape design consultations to people who register their details through the Phillip Withers registration form during Geelong Design Week 2026. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your site, lifestyle and aspirations, and explore ideas for the landscape around your home or property.
The Consultation
The consultation includes one online consultation with Phillip Withers and is subject to designer availability and scheduling. Booking dates and times will be arranged upon confirmation of your registration. The consultation is intended as an initial discussion only. It does not include landscape design, documentation, site surveys, measured drawings, planting plans, specifications, construction advice, project management or other landscape architecture services. Any comments, ideas or suggestions discussed during the consultation are preliminary and intended to assist with an initial conversation about the potential of your site. They do not constitute formal design advice, documentation or a professional design service.
Preparing for the Consultation
To allow Phillip Withers to make the consultation as useful as possible, participants are responsible for providing adequate information about their site prior to the meeting. Where possible, this should include photographs of the site, an existing site or house plan, and any other relevant information that may help explain the property, its context and the participant’s requirements. Information should be provided in sufficient time before the consultation to allow Phillip Withers to review it. The quality and usefulness of the discussion will depend on the information provided in advance. Phillip Withers is not responsible for advice or comments that are limited by incomplete, inaccurate or insufficient information provided by the participant.
Registration and Eligibility
To register, complete the Phillip Withers registration form accessed via the QR code at Geelong Design Week. By submitting your details, you agree to be contacted by Phillip Withers regarding the complimentary consultation. The consultation must be arranged and completed within six weeks of registration and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Availability and Scheduling
Consultations are subject to Phillip Withers’ availability. Registration does not guarantee a particular date or time, and Phillip Withers reserves the right to determine available consultation times. If a participant is unable to attend their confirmed consultation, they may contact Phillip Withers to request an alternative time. Any rescheduled consultation remains subject to availability and must take place within the six-week period following registration. Phillip Withers reserves the right to decline or cancel a consultation where circumstances require, including where the consultation is not considered suitable for the service offered.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the registration form will be handled in accordance with the Phillip Withers Privacy Policy. Your details may be used to contact you regarding the consultation and, where you have separately opted in, to send newsletters and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
General
The complimentary consultation has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for another service. Any further services requested following the consultation will be subject to separate discussion, scope and fees and will not be included as part of the complimentary consultation. Phillip Withers reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the complimentary consultation offering where circumstances require.
